1. Using the website

The design includes structured headings, labelled form fields, a skip link, visible keyboard focus and mobile layouts. An enquiry can be prepared without automatically transmitting details. A direct email contact remains available without JavaScript.

This describes the features designed into the site, not full conformance with an accessibility standard. A complete independent audit, assistive-technology testing and assessment against every criterion have not yet been carried out.

2. If something gets in your way

Email info@jvh.sk or call +421 911 602 002. If possible, identify the page, problem and device or assistive technology. We do not need information about your health. You may also request a quote directly using these contacts.

3. Future service development

Before introducing direct consumer sales, the application of Slovak Act No. 351/2022 on accessibility of products and services must be assessed. A possible microenterprise service exemption cannot be assumed without checking the conditions. If the Act applies, the required service accessibility information and measures must be completed. This document does not declare full conformance with those requirements.
