1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small items of data stored in your browser. Local storage, advertising pixels and other access to device information can serve similar purposes. The actual purpose matters, not simply the technology’s name.

2. What this website uses

The jvh.sk website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools, social pixels or embedded third-party maps or videos. Language selection uses the page URL. The form does not write to localStorage or sessionStorage. Images and other files are served from our hosting.

Portfolio links open separate websites with their own operators’ policies. A link alone does not embed their tracking code in jvh.sk.

Normal browser caching, autofill and your own device settings are not analytics cookies deployed by JVH. Hosting may keep technical connection logs; see the privacy notice.

3. Why there is no consent banner

This website uses no optional technologies requiring cookie consent, so it does not display a consent banner.

If analytics, advertising or optional embedded content are added later, the policy and technical implementation must be updated before activation. Technologies requiring consent may run only after a freely given, specific choice; rejecting or withdrawing consent must be easy. The strictly necessary exception is assessed narrowly against the actual purpose.

4. Settings and contact

Manage site data in your browser’s privacy settings. Deleting local text or a downloaded file does not delete an email already sent. Contact info@jvh.sk with questions. The operator is identified in the business details.
