1. When you may withdraw
If you are a consumer and conclude a distance contract with us for services or digital content, you generally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. This notice covers that form of cooperation. Business orders do not carry this consumer right.
Send an unambiguous statement to info@jvh.sk or by post to the supplier address in our business details. You may use the model below, but do not have to. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient; keep evidence of sending. No reason is required.
If mandatory information is not supplied, the period may be extended by up to 12 months. If it is supplied during that extended period, you have 14 days from receiving it. Defect and non-delivery remedies are separate from withdrawal without a reason.
2. Effects of withdrawal
We reimburse payments received under the affected contract without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional charges. This type of project does not involve shipping physical goods or return postage.
If you expressly requested an early start during the withdrawal period and received the required information, a proportionate amount may be payable for services actually supplied before your notice, subject to statutory conditions. This does not automatically mean the full price or a forfeited deposit. Without the required information or express request, that charge does not apply.
After withdrawal, stop using or sharing the affected digital content or service. Access and the return of content supplied or created by the consumer are handled under applicable law; personal data remain subject to GDPR. Access to the supplied performance may be discontinued where justified, without removing rights the law preserves.
3. Early start: services and digital content
Services, such as design and implementation
Starting work does not itself remove the withdrawal right. For a paid service, it is lost only after full performance, provided performance began with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right would be lost upon full performance.
Digital content without a physical medium
For paid digital content, the right may be lost when supply begins only if you expressly consented beforehand to supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledged the loss of the right, and received the legally required confirmation on a durable medium. The consent must relate to the actual content being supplied.
The individual proposal identifies the relevant type of supply. A generic clause, pre-ticked box or the fact that a website is bespoke does not replace these conditions. If you do not want an early start, the relevant performance will be scheduled after the period expires.
4. Downloadable model notice
Complete only the information needed to identify the contract. A signature is needed only for a paper notice. The recipient is JVH, s. r. o.. The model includes the registered address and contact email; add your own details and identify the contract.

5. How projects are currently agreed
This version of jvh.sk prepares non-binding enquiries; it has no binding online order or payment flow. Downloading the model notice does not submit it automatically. You may send a withdrawal notice by email to info@jvh.sk or by post to the supplier’s address.
If consumer contracting through an online interface is introduced, the corresponding withdrawal function and immediate receipt confirmation under section 20a of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 will be implemented before that interface launches.
